Marketing Manager Position Description Position Summary

RoofCARE is looking for a creative, experienced and detailed-oriented individual to join our team as the Marketing Manager.

This position will be responsible for the execution of various marketing systems that correspond with RoofCARE's marketing strategy. The successful candidate will possess multiple skill sets and the ability to handle several projects at once with a logical sense of priority. He/she will work with executive management to identify opportunities and work with the marketing team to plan, implement and maintain marketing systems, with the goal of increasing customer engagement, generating leads/opportunities and driving revenue. The Marketing Manager will stay abreast of new technologies and changes to various marketing disciplines, to best serve the objectives of the organization and continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of RoofCARE's marketing program.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Creating, fulfilling and revising marketing plans/strategies
  • Producing and updating sales resources / tools
  • Maintaining online presence
  • Managing Marketing Staff
  • Preparation of proposals in response to RFPs
  • Managing IDIQ / On-Call Procurement Contracts
  • Researching / developing large prospects
  • Managing / coordinating event marketing
  • Lead generation and tracking
  • Coordinating Lunch and Learns, making custom presentations / collateral
  • Planning, creating and implementing advertising campaigns
  • Working with printers, signs shops and other vendors
  • Public Relations
  • Acquiring awards, accolades and media coverage for company
  • Monitoring and distributing public sector solicitations
  • Graphic design and maintaining company brand
  • Copywriting
  • Coordinating with sales, and other key personnel when necessary

Provides technical support, equipment, and operational expertise for oil and gas industry.
Field Service Technician, 08/2008 to 08/2011
Troubleshot and repaired generator controls and SCR systems. Trained customers on safe operation techniques of company products. Performed on-site installation, commissioning, testing, and calibration of equipment. Upgraded software and hardware and instructed customers on how to properly operate systems.
